  • Prohibited Content: You are expressly forbidden from including personal contact information, agency names, logos, or any promotional content unrelated to the property within your listings. This includes, but is not limited to, phone numbers, email addresses, website links, and agency branding.
  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Website and the creation of listings.
4. Listing Approval and Removal
SolProperties.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
  • Approve or Reject Listings: All listings submitted are subject to review and approval by the Website administrators. We may approve or reject any listing without providing a reason.
  • Remove Listings: We may remove any listing at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that the listing violates these Terms and Conditions, is inappropriate, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SolProperties.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
